Kenneth E. Spivack, Esquire attended Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1993. He is also a 2000 graduate of the Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. During his attendance in law school he served as Law Clerk for a prominent Personal Injury Law Firm.
Background
Mr. Spivack graduated in 1990 from Pennsylvania State University’s School of Business and Administration in University Park, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Spivack is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Passion for Helping Injured Clients
Following his graduation from law school he partnered with his father, Gerald W. Spivack, Esquire in his private practice where he remains today. His primary focus is on the representation of those who have been injured as the result of work related injuries, personal injury, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle accidents. He has tried jury trials in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
Community Leadership
Mr. Spivack is happily married with three adorable children. He enjoys running and spending time with his family. He also serves on the Board/Executive Committee of Temple Beth Hillel/Temple Beth El and is Vice-President of the Temple Law Alumni/ae Association.
*Kenneth is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers' Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
